Can I play this DVD in my computer?
If your computer has a DVD drive, it can play it. You'll need software to watch it, but it's probably already on your computer. If it isn't, contact your computer manufacturer.
Do you sell VHS cassettes?
At this time we are unable to manufacture high volumes of VHS cassettes. If you can only play VHS and you really want one, e-mail us and we'll see about it. If enough of you want them, we'll get them.
If I use your DVD, will my crush fall instantly in love with me?
You never know... it's a very good DVD...
Can you take my order over the phone?
Due to our strict fraud-prevention and security standards, we do not like to process phone orders. We'd like to take your order over the phone, but it's actually safer over the internet. If you're desperate, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
I need to pay by check, can you accept it?
Not yet... but we're working on it.
Can I mail you my payment?
We really do not prefer nor recommend you send us payment by mail. Money gets lost in the mail, checks take two weeks to clear, and it tends to become a big mess. But call us up or e-mail us, explain your situation, and we'll try to work something out.
Is there a difference between your DVD disc and one I buy at the store?
Nope. All our DVDs are professionally "pressed" just like the DVD of your favorite movie. Just make sure to watch our DVD before your big date. Then watch your favorite movie with your date. He won't want to learn how to put on makeup. If he does... watch out!
Who is Authorize.net?
They process our credit cards for us. They also handle the security for us... and oh yes... they're good.
Who is Lunarpages.com?
They handle web security for us... and oh yes... they're good.
Where's my DVD? I ordered it a week ago!
Most orders ship the next day or same day. From there it's all the Post Office's job. Patience sucks, we know... but give it some time and it'll get there. Send us an e-mail if you're really worried and we'll look into it.

YES! Just let us know what you want to learn about and we'll get to work on it. If enough of you want to know how your favorite actresses learned to drive or mix drinks, we'll get on it!

Probably. She ordered a DVD last week.
Do you suggest I use a particular brand of makeup?
No. Just make sure it won't clog up your pores. When choosing to apply make-up, consult the manufacturer and the manufacturer's instructions. Use extreme caution when applying makeup, especially around the eyes.
